Pete Brach is an exceptional guitar teacher.
He's extremely knowledgeable about music, and very
well organized and systematic. His system works.
Also, he's patient but relentless, which is just
what a guitar student needs. My guitar playing
has vastly improved since I started taking lessons
from him.
Since you never know if an endorsement is fictitious or real, you're
welcome to email about this if you want. My name is Craig, and
if you ask Pete for my email address, I give him permission to
tell it to you.
Yours truly,
Craig.

Pete Brach's breakthrough teaching methods have
been more than beneficial for a beginner such as
me. By teaching "how to learn" as well
as "what to learn," Pete has given me
the insight I need to take my guitar playing to
the next level. Pete's passion lies not only in
his fondness for guitar itself, but in the tenacity
of forming new teaching methods to inspire and
enrich his students.
I would highly reccomend Pete Brach. He knows his shit. (!)

I started taking from Pete in January, 2002. It
was the first time I'd ever taken Guitar Lessons
in my life! With in a week, I was strumming chords
to a Bob Dylan song. Pete's method of teaching
is fun, easy to follow, and satisfying. He is also
quite passionate about making sure his students
are getting every benefit of his method. He is
patient, easily accessible to his students, as
well as a confident/talented guitar player himself.
He meticulously breaks down the lessons so that
you're not just learning chords, but also notes,
reading music, rythm, isolating problem areas,
as well as learning songs, encouraging you to make
up your own riffs, and exploring! I've been taking
class once a week for the past eleven months and
am amazed at how much I've learned! I leave every
lesson, inspired and looking forward to meeting
with him again. I suggest you stop reading this...e-mail
him...and set up an appointment! Rock on!!!

I would highly recommend Pete Brach's teaching
principles to any serious guitar student. In just
over a year that I've been studying with him, I
feel that I have made tremendous progress. I have
friends who have been studying with other instructors
for about the same amount of time, and I honestly
feel that I'm already way ahead of them. Pete's
methods are methodical, logical, and focus on principles
for truly effective and efficient learning.

Before I started studying with Pete my
guitar playing had completely
stagnated. I had definitely come to a plateau and felt that creatively
I
was in a bind. Pete's teaching methods gave my whole playing experience
a
much needed jump start. I learned more with him in a shorter period
of time
than with any other teacher I've ever encountered. His approach
will help
you get going in the direction you need immediately. His ability
to assess
your needs and help you reach your goals as a player is amazing.
The
instruction he gives you will enable you to reach levels you never
thought
you could. His tecniques will not only get you where you want to
go they
will also save you time. If you want to enrich your playing and
advice is
to study with Pete. I guarantee it will be the best teaching experience
you've ever had.

In the 6 months or so that I've spent studying
with L.A. Westcoast Music, my playing has drastically
improved. Having played for about 2 years prior
to our first session, I was skeptical of the improvement
that I would make as a student, but after only
2 or 3 lessons, I noticed a betterment in my tone,
my speed, and my ability to play difficult rhythms.
Using Pete's methods, my sound is a whole lot cleaner,
and I can play difficult and fast sections of music
easily and without error. My improvisational ability
has increased, too, simply from following the lessons
and instructions I am given. In addition, Pete's
knowledge of jazz chords and leads has improved
my playing in that idiom as well. I could not recommend
the L.A. Westcoast Music program any higher. No
matter what levelof ability you are at, Pete can
help you improve your playing quickly and easily.
