The first logical question is: Is the LA Westcoast Guitar Method designed for beginners or more advanced students? The typical and expected response is both. But since this can be difficult to digest, I will explain how this site can benefit more experienced players.
Many advancing guitarists are hungry for ways to improve their speed and overall technique. Others are more concerned with improving their phrasing. Most players can benefit by improving the quality of the ideas that they create on guitar. We have engineered an amazing system that integrates all three! One common problem with advanced players is that their ears and fingers
are far ahead of their understanding. They have the better half of the problem solved. None-the-less, some basic knowledge of the notes on the fretboard can prove to be very helpful. This program combines learning the fretboard with jam tracks, introductory theory and advice for improving one's overall ability. In summary, this program will help experienced musicians improve their speed, technique, phrasing, ear to finger relationship, and knowledge of the fretboard.
